DirectionsAdults, the elderly and children over 1 year:Wash and dry hands before use.Tilt head sideways with the affected ear facing upwards.Avoid touching the ear with the dropper.Using the dropper, place 5 drops of oil into the ear. Never insert the dropper or any solid object into the ear.Allow a few minutes for the drops to reach the eardrum by keeping the head tilted the  use a tissue to wipe away any surplus product that runs from the ear.Repeat in the other ear if required.Use the drops twice a day for three days.
Olfen 100 is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat mild to moderate pain in conditions like migraine headache, osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and menstrual cramps. Olfen may also cause or worsen stomach or intestinal bleeding as in peptic ulcer disease.This medication is used to treat conditions involving swelling (inflammation) of the eyes and to treat or prevent bacterial eye infections. This product contains neomycin and polymyxinantibiotics that work by stopping the growth of bacteria. It also contains dexamethasone, an anti-inflammatory corticosteroid that works by reducing swelling.This medication treats/prevents only bacterial eye infections. It will not work for other types of eye infections and may worsen them (e.g., infections caused by viruses, fungi, mycobacteria). Unnecessary use or overuse of any antibiotic can lead to its decreased effectiveness.

How to use Nose Drops

Use this medication in the nose as directed. Follow all directions on the product package, or use as directed by your doctor. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist.To apply nasal drops, wash your hands first. To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your nose or any other surface. If needed, have another person place the drops in your nose.Gently blow your nose before using this drug. Tilt your head back while sitting on a chair or lying down. Hold the dropper over the affected nostril and apply the directed number of drops. Keep your head tilted for a few minutes. Repeat these steps with the other nostril if needed. Do not swallow the medication if it drips into the throat.This medication provides only temporary relief. Do not use more medication or use it more often or for longer than directed because doing so may increase the risk of side effects. Also, do not use this medication for more than 3 days because doing so may cause a condition called rebound congestion. Symptoms of rebound congestion include long-term redness and swelling inside the nose and increased runny nose. If this occurs, stop using this medication and consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Side-effects

The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Probeta n Drops. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Consult your doctor if you observe any of the following side-effects, especially if they do not go away.
  • Skin irritation
  • Thinning of the skin
  • Changes in skin pigmentation and coloration

Precautions

Before using Probeta n Drops, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Interactions with Probeta n Drops

If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of Probeta n Drops may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions. Probeta n Drops may interact with the following drugs and products:
  • Aminoglycosides
  • Clopidogrel
  • Coumarin
  • Diphenhydramine
  • Fluorouracil
  • Furosemide
  • Methotrexate
  • Nephrotoxic drugs
  • Neurotoxic drugs
  • Oral vitamin B12

When not to use Probeta n Drops

Hypersensitivity to Probeta n Drops is a contraindication. In addition, Probeta n Drops should not be used if you have the following conditions:
  • Hypersensitivity
  • hypersensitivity
  • inflammatory disease
  • intestinal obstruction
  • ulcerative gastrointestinal disease

Composition and Active Ingredients

Probeta n Drops is composed of the following active ingredients (salts)
  • Betamethasone Sodium Phosphate - 0.1%W/V
  • Neomycin Sulphate - 0.5%W/V

How to use Maxitrol Eye Ointment
This medication is applied to the eye(s), usually 3 or 4 times a day or as directed by your doctor.Do not wear contact lenses while you are using this medicine. Sterilize contact lenses according to manufacturer's directions, and check with your doctor before you begin using them again.To apply the eye ointment, wash your hands first. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch the tube tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface. Tilt your head back, look upward, and pull down the lower eyelid to make a pouch. Place a 1/2 inch (1.5 centimeters) strip of ointment into the pouch by squeezing the tube gently. Close the eye and roll the eyeball in all directions to spread the medication. Try not to blink and do not rub the eye. Repeat these steps for your other eye if so directed. Wipe the tip of the ointment tube with a clean tissue to remove extra medication before recapping it. Apply as often as directed by your doctor.If you are using another kind of eye medication (e.g., drops or ointments), apply the eye drops first and wait at least 5 minutes before applying this eye ointment. Use eye drops before eye ointments to allow the eye drops to enter the eye. If you are using another type of eye ointment, wait at least 10 minutes after using this medication before applying it.Do not use this medication more often than prescribed or for longer than 10 days unless directed by your doctor.Use this medication regularly in order to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, use it at the same times each day. Continue to use this medication for the full time prescribed, even if symptoms disappear after a few days. Stopping the medication too soon may allow bacteria to continue to grow, which may result in a return of the infection.Inform your doctor if your condition does not improve in a few days.
