Composition :
Each 5 ml syrup contains:
Pholcodine 4 mg.
Ephedrine HCL 7 mg.
Carbinoxamine maleate 2 mg.

Properties :
Cyrinol” is a combination of three active ingredients acting as
antitussive, antihistaminic, and decongestant. Phokodine is a potent antitussive agenl that centrally suppresses cough reflex without any other significant action on the C. N. S. Ephedrine HCL is a bronchodilator and decongestant. Carbinoxamine marea!e is a highly effective antihistamine for the symptomatic relief of bronchial and nasal allergies and common cold.
Pharmacokinetics :
Cyrinol” is rapidly and completely absorbed from gastrointestinal tract, and is excreted mainly in urine
Indications :
Cyrinol” is indicated for the relief of non productive cough and upper respiratory symptoms associated with allergy and common cold.
Contraindications :
– Hypersensitivity to any of the constituents
Precautions :
• Not to be used for children less than 6 years
• Cyrinol” should be given with care to patients with hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, ischemic heart disease,
hypertension , renal impairment, closed-angle glaucoma and in case of prostatic enlargement.
Side effects :
Cyrinol” may causes nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, tachycardia
and dry mouth
Pregnancy and Lactation :
eyrinol” is contraindicated in both pregnancy and lactation
Drug interactions :
Cvrinol” causes an additive antimuscarinic action with antimuscarinic drugs as atropine, and antidepressants both tricydics & MAOls
Dosage :
Adults: 1-2 teaspoonfuls 3-4 times daily.
Above 6 years: 1 teaspoonful 3-4 times daily.
Instructions to patients :
Keep the bottle out of reach of children.

Benzoyl Peroxide kills the bacteria on the skin that cause acne and unplugs blocked pores (blackheads and whiteheads). The Acrylates Copolymer beads absorb excess oil leading to a clear skin and reduces skin irritation.Directions of use: 1) Wash the affected area with a mild skin cleanser and water and pat skin dry. 2) Apply a thin film of Benzox AC to the affected areas once daily, leaving on the skin for 2 hours then washing it off with water then pat skin dry. 3) Apply a light moisturiser which won’t clog pores. Continue to use it for the full time prescribed, even if symptoms disappear after a few days. Stopping the medication too early may result in a return of the infection.Avoid using this medication around your eyes, nose, mouth, or on large areas of damaged or broken skin unless otherwise directed by your doctor. If you accidentally get it in your eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse well with plenty of water. | This thermometer is used to measure armpit temperature and can give out an accurate temperature readings with 8 seconds, faster and more accurate than mercurial thermometer.

InteractionAmbroxol should not be taken simultaneously with antitussives (e.g.Codeine) because phlegm, which has been liquefied by Ambroxol might not be expectorated. ContraindicationsContraindicated in known hypersensitivity to Ambroxol or Bromhexine. Side Effects Gastrointestinal side effects like epigastric pain, stomach overfill feeling may occur occasionally. Rarely allergic responses such as eruption, urticaria or angioneurotic edema have been reported. Pregnancy & LactationTeratogenic and fetal toxicity studies have shown no harmful effect of Ambroxol. However, it is advised not to use it in pregnancy, especially during the1st trimester. Safety during lactation has not been established yet. Precautions & WarningsAmbroxol should be given cautiously to patients with gastric and duodenal ulceration or convulsive disorders. Patients with hepatic and renal insufficiency should take it with caution. | ||||||||
